If you want to get off the beaten tracks of luxury hotels, this hotel offers lofts varying in size from 85 to 120 square meters in a state-of-art facility.

The Loft Hotel is nestled in an art deco building, built in the 20s by architect Ernest Cormier. It was decorated by designer Jaime Bouzaglo for it’s launch in 2010. A lift which serves as the elevator reflects the spirit of the place…

More than a simple hotel room…

The 40 loft style rooms are spacious (between 800 and 1200 square feet or 80 to 100 square meters), they feature high ceilings, tasteful furniture, and modern appliances (modern kitchen, large living room, table, storage space, wifi…). All rooms flaunt large windows overlooking downtown. There is no pool and no restaurant but a simple breakfast is offered in the morning.

Centrally located, yet peaceful

At the edges of the Latin Quarter and the very trendy Plateau, the Loft Hotel is located alongside chic boutiques, restaurants, bars, terraces, and movie theaters. Two minutes away from St-Denis street, the facility is nevertheless quiet as it’s located on a quaint little street away from traffic. A short walk will take you to the Old Montreal, the heart downtown, or to the Quartier des spectacles. Sherbrooke metro station (line 2 – Orange) is at 5 minute walking distance.
