Latin Quarter
The Quartier Latin, also known as the Latin Quarter is one of the first neighbourhoods of Montreal. Established in the XIX century right in the middle of the Plateau (north-end side) the Old Montreal south and the Gay Village on the east end, the Latin Quarter is home to the Théâtre Saint Denis, the Cinémathèque québécoise and the Odeon movie theatre. It’s a great spot to dive into the local culture.
Most of the hotels that we selected are located on Saint-Denis Street, the main street to go shopping, party and eat.
